Let’s get naked.

lets get naked

Let’s get naked.

Let’s get naked.

Stripped down to the bones

bare. Unrestricted,

unembellished, as nature

had intended – totally bare.

Let us peel off

our assumptions, step out

of ignorance and hate.

Let us remove our prejudice.

Take off malice, for

goodness’ sake. Let’s

get naked. Let us

unleash – our birthday suits.

Let’s us tear off our

misgivings, kick off

those habitual hobnail boots.

Let us divest all of our

layers.  Take indifference

out of our wardrobe.

Let us disregard ill manners.

Embrace the daylight, once unclothed.

Let’s get naked. Let us

unmask every face.

Let us undress and ditch

the armour, take the cloak off,

show some grace.

Let us shed all that hinders. Step out

of inequality and violence. Let us

be bold and unattired. Let’s get naked –

It’s common-sense.
