We are what we think & see.

we are what we think and see

We are what we think & see.

To see the world through cloud and rain

To laugh, to cry, to be strong, feel pain,

To take life easy, to take the strain,

To suffer in silence, to hope maintain.

To boldly go, to live, to dream,

To lose it all in ill-fated scheme…

To catch a rainbow, to shout to scream,

To freely give, to be unkind, mean.

To run to dance, to live with joy,

To be ever critical, to arms deploy,

To create, inspire, to break destroy,

To follow your passions, to poke, annoy.

To life we choose what we all give,

We choose the way we want to live,

We choose to love, to hate, to withhold, forgive,

We choose to let things go, each day relive.

We choose to walk, we choose to run,

We choose to do, or to leave good deeds undone,

We choose to cuss, or to give thanks, as each day is done,

We choose to be miserable, to smile, have fun.

To each there is a purpose, a destiny,

A path to walk, a Calvary,

A book to write, our life’s story,

The sum total of which…What we think and see.

So with open eyes, mind and heart,

Be ready and willing to play your part,

Seek to live inspired, to learn, impart,

And create with your life a work of art.
